Remarks: Since we are a german company, based in Hamburg, Germany – the master document for conditions is the german Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen. This translation is intented to sum up the conditions for our english speaking customers.

Contact/ Payment:
There is no online shop implemented on our webpage. If you are interested in an instrument – please contact me via email or phone. If you have any specific question please also do. I will need a billing address and a delivery address then you will get the bill via PDF. After the money transfer is completed, the parcel will be sent (mostly on same day, you will recieve the tracking number via email). Paypal payment is generaly possible as well – not my favorite because of the fees – if that’s your prefered transaction I can give you my details on request.

Since 02.01.2017 rosewood is under special protection. Every instrument will have all necessary documention included if needed.
